About the Laurentians

The province of Quebec’s Laurentians region is a year-round recreational area. Owning real estate in the Laurentians brings all of these activities closer to home. There are many ownership options in the area including forested land, houses, cottages, condos, fixer-uppers or new buildings, each with their own advantages. There are many investment opportunities for buyers, including the option of owning a property for a number of years then selling it off at a much higher price. Or others may prefer to rent out their house or cottage for part of the year for some extra income or to help pay off the investment costs.
