Domaine Le Sanctuaire des Lacs offers you a piece of paradise situated in a large gated territory in the Laurentians that is located within a one-hour drive from Montreal. It is a wildlife sanctuary that includes eight lakes and is home to many species including moose, deer, songbirds, common loons, hares, grouse, fox and many more. Walking within the boundaries of the Domaine is relaxing and inspires a strong connection to nature.

Waterfront real estate is available. Property sizes start at five acres and can be up to two hundred and seventy-five (275) acres. Waterfront properties have a minimum of eighty meters of shoreline. As a landowner you will share in the protection of this pristine environment through your membership in the owners association. Members have access to the common areas that include access to trails for cross-county skiing, snowshoeing and hiking. The lakes within the community are of the purest quality (crystalline water) and are excellent for fishing. Motor boats are not permitted. However, non-polluting electric motors are allowed. Paddling a canoe, kayak or pedal boat along the wooded shorelines is probably the best way to enjoy the area.
