Lac Louisa

Lac Louisa
|
In order to limit our impact on these pristine lakes, the association
of owners respects environmental guidelines. For example, motor
boats are not allowed on the lakes, although electric motors are
permitted. For those who prefer motor boats, our company owns a
piece of lakefront property on Lac Louisa that is almost
10,000 square feet and will be landscaped in the nearby future.
Our members will benefit from this land in order to access the lake
in the coming years. Lac Louisa is 11 kilometers in circumference, about 5 kilometers long and allows for motor boats, jet skis,
houseboats, waterskiing and other nautical sports. This lake can also be used for airplane landings and take offs. Click
for map that includes Lac Louisa.
Other Advantages
All of our owners will have access to the 2500 acres of common areas.
See map.
